Delete your account

You can delete your 365 Pause account and everything stored with it at any time — from inside the app, or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent, and we keep nothing behind.

1. From inside the app

This is the quickest way, and it takes effect immediately.

• Open 365 Pause and go to Settings.
• Under Account, tap Delete account.
• Type DELETE in the box to confirm. Your account and its data are removed straight away.

2. By email

If you can't get into the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion”, from the email address you used to create the account. We use that to confirm the request is really yours.

We'll action it within 30 days — usually much sooner — and reply to confirm once it's done.

3. What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your profile and login details;
• Every check-in and note you've written;
• The meditation scripts and audio generated for you;
• Your practice history and the year view on the Path tab;
• Your reminder settings and device tokens.

This can't be undone. There is no restore, and starting again means starting from an empty year. We may keep a minimal record of the deletion itself, and anything we're legally required to retain (such as purchase records held for tax purposes), as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting the app. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel yours in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings before you delete — otherwise it keeps renewing.
